When it comes to cuisine, we try to tickle your taste buds in the most local way possible. Food is a reflection of culture and we try to give our guests just that. Assamese food and chutneys are delectable, which leaves our guests wanting for more. Wood fire cooking adds a whole new dimension to the dishes prepared. Considering the weather, we like to keep our food simple and non fussy. We also like to know the preferences of our guests before the meals are prepared. We serve local ethnic delicacies from other northeastern states of India in our menu. All our condiments are sourced from in and around local sources.
